35 to First “Spring Giveaway” – Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The 35 to First “Spring Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by 35 to First, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company located at 1750 Chester Road SE, Rochester, MN 55904, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and international entrants who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws; residents of jurisdictions where prohibited are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted starting at 12:00 AM CST on March 1, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM CST on March 20, 2026(“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
You may enter the Giveaway in either or both of the following ways:
a. Instagram Entry:
Like the Giveaway post on Instagram, follow @35to1st on Instagram, share the Giveaway post to your story, and tag two (2) friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.
b. Facebook Entry:
Like the Giveaway post on Facebook, follow the 35 to First page on Facebook, share the Giveaway post, and tag two (2) friends in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Each entrant may earn up to two (2) entries total — one (1) Instagram entry and one (1) Facebook entry. All entries must comply with the entry requirements stated above. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter without using Instagram or Facebook, mail a postcard including your full name, email address, phone number, and “Spring Giveaway” to:
35 to First – Giveaway Entry, 1750 Chester Road SE, Rochester, MN 55904, USA.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 20, 2026 and received by March 28, 2026 to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Twenty (20) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winners will be selected by the Sponsor on or about March 21, 2026. Each winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the platform they entered (Instagram or Facebook). Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
Each winner will receive a unique promotion code redeemable for two (2) free in-stock items (as defined on www.35to1st.com) during checkout.
U.S. residents: free items plus free standard shipping.
Non-U.S. residents: free items only; shipping charges are the responsibility of the winner.
All prize items must be in stock at time of redemption. Items are subject to availability. No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Returns
Winners are responsible for any returns. Returned items may only be exchanged for the same item (color/size), subject to inventory availability. Sponsor’s standard return/exchange policies apply.
8. Taxes and Fees
Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, duties, or fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
9. Publicity
By entering, entrants grant the Sponsor and its agents the right to use their name, likeness, entry information, and social media handle for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
All information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable law.
11. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective affiliates and agents from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Dispute Resolution
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims shall be resolved under Minnesota law.
